Subscription not working

Hi all,

I've recently been trying to upgrade my account to premium, using an NUS student discount.  I get as far as inserting my bank details, only to be continually prompted with an error message suggesting there is an error with the bank provider.  I have tried this with 3 bank cards, 2 Visa Debit and an Amex card.

Is there generally an issue with the premium sign up service?  I'm beginning to wonder if it's something related to my spotify account rather than a generic problem.

If anyone could shed some light on this matter, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Also try a different browser or computer to see if that helps at all

Thanks for the response, however I have tried 3 browsers with and without private browsing turned on, still with no success. I can't believe there would be issues with 3 different card providers which prompt the same error message. Any further advice or anything else I can try?

I'm having the same proble,.  I keep being told that my Javascript is not enabled (which is it) and the Paypal page won't load.

Pretty frustrating that there doesn't seem to be a way to contact Spotify when you're trying to pay them for their service!
