Taking my money and downgrading me to free???

My Question or Issue

I got charged for premium (Family - master account), but my account is set to "Free" but paypal deducted the fee. please check my account

Thanks for reaching out. Check your receipts page and payment method and make sure that the payment was actually successful. If you can’t see the payment anywhere, then it was most likely unsuccessful, so just try again. If you were actually charged according to your payment method but the payment is not visible on the receipts, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If you still cannot find the source of the payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.

Minha conta também é premium, porém a 1 semana está como gratuita (free). Mas está debitando no meu cartão! E não consigo resolver. Estou pagando por um serviço sem utilizar!

As @Joan has mentioned in the previous reply,  If you've been charged according to your payment method but the payment is not visible on the receipts, consider checking if you have a second account, where you might still have an active subscription. If you cannot find the source of the payments, follow the link in the abovementioned reply to reach out to our support folks 🙂
