 Hello someone is using my old account who I don’t know camillewalker00 and when I try to login it’s saying my login info is incorrect even though it is right is there anyway you can go into my account and fix the problem without losing my music

I have tried to renew my password and it says link is valid when I put in my email address

It says my username and email address is not associated with a Spotify account even though I have used this information to login before
