Terminating Premium subscription without logging in (forgot details)?

I can't login (forgot my details and suddenly my automatic login on my phone and laptop requires me to fill out password and username). When I try to send a new password to my e-mail address, I don't receive anything. I cannot contact Spotify without loggin in as they require me to be logged in before contacting them. How to solve this? I want to cancel my premium contract, but I can't without logging in...

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence. Please ensure that this is an email that has not been compromised and that you still have access to it!
