My Question or Issue

I intend to unsubscribe to Spotify premium and the issue is I don't remember the password to the Spotify account.

Another issue is that I don't remember the gmail password as well and could not retrieve it. Is there a way around to unsubscrible to the Premium services.

If you don’t have access to the email address associated with your Spotify account, and would like to unsubscribe from Spotify Premium, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Support; you can contact them by filling out the anonymous contact form linked in this support article, under “Didn’t work?” -> “I no longer have access to the email address on my account.” They’ll take a look and do their best to help cancel your Premium subscription.
