Tracks missing

Hey,

Been subscribing to Spotify for for a couple of years now and I'm very happy with the service, however, I've been notified a couple of times in the last few weeks that the new Venetian Snares - Traditional Synthesizer Music is now available. I was pretty excited to get home and see what crazy new music he's created but there's only one out of 12 tracks available. All the rest are greyed-out. Anyone come across this before? 

It's a bit of a noob question, I know, but it's one that I don't know the answer to
