Trying to change device password

I have gotten the email to change device password so my boyfriend can log into the account without having to use my facebook.

I recieve the email but when I click the link and enter a new password it just says there was a problem setting your password. No matter what I do. Help??

Are you still having issues setting up a password for your device?

If so, we'd suggest heading to Facebook > Settings > Security > App passwords > Generate app passwords, and generate one to use with Spotify. Let us know how it goes.
