Unable to login

Hi,

I am new to Spotify. I got a 6 months subscription of Spotify with a Vodafone plan.

I have activated the subscription but I am unable to login into the app. It's giving me an error saying incorrect username or password. Tried resetting the password and restarting the phone but still no luck.

I would really appreciate if someone can tell me why is it happening and if there's a possible solution to it.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I want to keep it short an give you just one advice at first. If you are at the login - site for Spotify then please log yourself in by using your username and password. Do NOT use your Email to log yourself in!
