My Question or Issues

Hey, 

I have a family premium plan but my mother's email address was hacked so she is now unable to login or reset the password, is there anyway we can get the Spotify account back, we think the password may have been changed on her account and it has logged her out all devices

I'd recommend telling her to reach out to Spotify's Support team so that they can look into this: https://support.spotify.com/article/how-can-i-contact-spotify/.

 

She may have to provide proof of account ownership, or purchase or payment details.
