Unrecognized device

So I'm going to just keep posting this topic since I see other users having this issue and no one on Spotifys end is helping


First solution: Click "Sign out devices everywhere". User keeps returning and using my account.

Second solution attempt: Go on desktop computer to set device password. EVERY Spotify Web page WORKS until I hit the 'Change Password' button and then all of a sudden Spotify has a problem and I can't change it. And please oh for the love of God of things do not tell me to check my cookies settings I am trying real hard not to be more pissed off.

Solution Attempt 3: Try the same thing on mobile browser by using the support form but when I hit submit I get 'Submit Question' I get "Your Session Has Ended". What?

Why am I jumping through all these hoops to get an unauthorized user off my account?!

I was literally fighting someone in real time after work today to play my songs. I wanted to play my song AND SOMEONE ON THE OTHER END WOULD JUST PLAY THEIRS. Why is there no option to ban a device? This is insane.

Oh, and for anyone else who thinks they got compromised just Google "Spotify account breach" and see how awful this programs support is. Did anyone receive notification that their account got compromised? No? Well they'll just blame you for any other cross credential applications you're using.
