Unsuscribed last month but still charged in april

I have un suscribe last month but again been charged in the month of April. I went back and itr showed me as premium so I unsuscribe again today. I just want to confirm if my premium has been unsuscribed? also i should be refunded for the previous charge since i cancelled spotigy services and never used it then why would I been charged.

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
