Upgraded to Premium yesterday and got charged twice

Hi, 

 

As the title says I got charged twice for a Premium update I did yesterday.

 

By the way, I've searched the Spotify site for a simple contact info, but with no luck, is this forum really the only way to get in contact for support issues?

In payment problems you can contact Payments team at Contact form right here on Spotify. If you get an automated reply pointing to find answer in site or community, just reply back with your issue, even if reply is from noreply-adress. Also check your spam folder for answers.
