I am a Walmart+ customer and I saw online that I can get Spotify premium for 6 months for free and have the following code: [Moderator edit] Where do I add this code so I can change my basic plan to premium?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Keep in mind that this offer is only for users who haven't had Premium before. 

If this is your case, could you let us know if you have tried redeeming the code here? If so and it still didn't work, we suggest that you try redeeming it again from an incognito window and on a different device. 

If the issue persists afterwards, we suggest that you reach out directly to Walmart plus support here. 

In case you've already had Premium, no worries, you can forward the code to someone else and they could redeem it if they're eligible for this offer.

If you need a hand with anything else, the Community is here for you.

I am having the same issue - I am a Walmart + member and took the bait to upgrade to Spotify Premium. That was over two weeks ago, and I still cannot figure out how to activate it. Maybe I should tear up my COMPTIA NET+ certificate, since I don't know Sh*t about this... Frustrating!

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

In order to activate your offer you'd need to go to the link that @Eni mentioned. After clicking on it you'll see Start Free Trial, click there and then you'll see a blank box where you need to enter the code you've received. Make sure to type it in correctly and click on Get Started.

Bear in mind everything that @Eni noted earlier in the thread as well.
