Want to change from Premium to Student

Three months ago I signed up for a three month trial of Spotify Premium for $0.99, and it recently expired. I was billed $9.99 to my account, however, because I am a college student in the United States, I would like to apply the U.S. Student Discount to my account. With this said, I would also like to have the $9.99 charge to my bank account changed to $4.99 because of the discount.

We're happy to help you with this. First thing you should do is register for the U.S. Student Discount, just follow the steps on this link. I'm having the exact same problem. I just finished my free trial, and I would like to switch to Student. I tried to switch my email address to my .edu address, but I don't think it worked.

There is currently an issue with the student discount sign up.
