Tried to sign up for Family Plan. Had to take out Premium and was charged. Also been charged for Family plan when its supposed to be a 3 month free trial. Please help fix this.

Firstly, the Premium trial, in any modality, is for users who haven't gotten the Premium subscription ever. In your case, I suppose that you've subscribed for the Premium and then, tried to subscribe for the Family trial, but you've lost the eligibility to join the trial when you've subscribed to the Premium plan previously.
In your situation, I don't think you will be able to receive a refund... However, if you want, you may reach the Customer Support out anytime.
