Wanted trial, got charged

Wanted trial, got charged

Hello everyone! When I was logged in earlier today I was given a banner that told me I could try spotify premium for 30 days by entering my credit credentials, which I did. I have premium, sure, but I was also charged a full amount for the month?  Anyone knows what might've happened?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
