a firewall may be blocking spotify (error code auth 15)

hi 

I've been having this issue for a while my connection is suddenly gone i log out and it'll say "a firewall may be blocking spotify"

i tried to go "security and privacy" in settings and add spotify to allow connection but its not working anymore 

i haven't changed my country or anything
