I was charged and didn't get premium

I was looking on my debt card and it says I was charged 4.99 from spotify and I was like what so I looked on my account and it says I don't have Premium. Why was I charged?

Upgrading to Family Premium while overseas

I have upgraded to Family Premium while on holiday in the UK (we live in NZ) but Spotify won't upgrade my wife's account because it thinks she lives in the UK (I.e. Not the same address as me (NZ). How do I override this?
