cancelled payment, and now I can't log in

cancelled payment, and now I can't log in

I've had spotify premium for three months, but after that I didn't know how to quit it. So I had to pay 9,99 and I still didn't know how to stop it, so I thougt that if I cancelled the payment it would automatically go back to free. Well it didn't and now I can't log in.

Does anyone know how I have to get it back?

 

And it's also the worst moment because one of my favorite bands (bastille) just released their album.

Hey @siefie,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts. You can ask for a password reset, if needed.
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and delete your payment info.
