My Question or Issue

i recently closed my Spotify account and now when i want to create a new account i  wanted to use the email that i used before. when i try it, it says that the email is already being used in an other account (but its been more than 7 days since i closed my account) PLEASE HELP ME!

Hey @FaddyAlt ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

It can take around 14-30 days for the email address to be completely removed from Spotify's system and made available for registering a new account again.

 

In the meantime, you can create a new account with another email address and later on change the email to your preferred one.
