i need help on a refund payment please

Hello I had a premium account and no longer wanted it so I downgraded to the free, but it took me a while to figure out out due to confusion an recovering a password to my account. As I chose to do that I also took a look at my bank account and saw I was charged the $9.99 premium fee which then threw me into the negative with my bank which then charged me an over draft fee of $35.00!! Further throwing me into the negative. Please I would really appreciate it if I was refunded the $9.99 that way I can also be refunded the $35.00 fee from the bank since I no longer wish to have a premium account with Spotify since I just cannot afford it right now, please this is very urgent for I only have five days to secure the amount back before and charged an extended over draft fee from the bank due to this.
