iOS different in app purchase and activate issue

iOS different in app purchase and activate issue

After purchased the premium plan thru App Store, I cannot find where I can enter the subscription code (or it will update by my email address after I pay?) I also feel confuse on different plans. Can anyone help to explain their difference? But it seems only one plan in the official only. I am so confuse about that. Thanks.

Hey @frankmcwong,

 

Did you try to pay through iTunes? Check the status of your subscription, and if it appears as Free, the payment probably didn't go through on Spotify's side.

 
For the time being, it's better to get your Premium through the website.

Yes. But how about the different subscription plan in my picture? I am confused about different price for the same subscription plans.

Good question. Fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
