is spotify support that bad? i have no reply from them for a day!

is spotify support that bad? i have no reply from them for a day!

ok i read a lot of post about people who have had delinked their facebook from their spotify account.

 

I did that stupid thing. and I lost my premium (now it became a free acccount) and also all my playlist are gone. its a familiar situation. I've checked the forums but none have the solution for me.

 

I tried resetting the password but doesnt work because apparently I signed up using my facebook account. But now when I log in to my facebook account, all I see is all my playlists gone. and my account became free.

 

btw: i've tried

So the forum said, IF, all this solutions  did not work, we are to send them a  Customer Support contact form . I did and have not gotten a reply other than an automated email that says do not reply to that email. (its been almost a day but I've read the forum and saw someone not having a reply for 3 days)

 

I also send a tweet to their twitter support, no reply.

 

So I guess I will have to waste my premium for a week.

 

SO as I asked, is spotify support really that BAD?

disappointing customer support so far... thats all I can say.

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email address you used on the contact form.

Yep. I did get a confirmation email : Spotify Case # 02561941

and the email ended with:

"Don't get caught in cyber-space: This is an automated e-mail so please don't reply to it."

So I am suppose to reply to this email?

Yes, if it has been over 24 hours and you have not gotten a reply, then reply back to the email and tell them you still need help.

alright then. will try that. its "cute" that I have to reply to an email that says please don't reply to it. lol.

lets hope this will get them to reply back to me in an unautomated way.
