logged out automatically, cannot log in again (says log in failed)

Hi, spotify app (on iphone) works fine previously, however it logged out itself, been trying to log in with the same email address that i have but keep saying login failed with "you've already created an account with this email address". able to login previously with my email address, but not working now. any idea why? please help

Hey there!

First of all make sure that you're not creating a new spotify account on accident and you are on the login screen. If this isn't the issue then first try closing out the app by double pressing home and swiping up on spotify to get rid of the running app. Re-open spotify and try again. If the error still occurs, it may be possible the app is glitched or maybe has not downloaded properly so in that case try re-installing spotify. Also, make sure you enter your login information exactly as it is and your keyboard isn't auto-correcting or you mis-entered your password.
