My Question or Issue

I created my account in July and joind the primyum in the same month.

Every thing was working fine until one day an iretating song called "time to say goodbye" started to play all the time, end even wene the upp was closed.

So I tried to log out and in and now I have again the free account and with no history.

I see that the payment has started.

Please help me fix the problam
