If that doesn’t help, can you make sure you’re not entering anything incorrectly (change ST to Street and vise versa)?

Thanks for the post.
What you can try is to re-verify your address from an incognito window or another browser. Sometimes there are issues caused by browser cache & cookies which can present such errors.

Attempted using incognito, attempted all variation of the spelling of my address, attempted updating address in account management, but nothing seems to work. I don't want to lose Spotify, but I've seemed to exhaust my options here.
Incognito, didn't work. Cleared cached, didn't work. Different browser, didn't work. Not using a dash in my street number, WORKED. Funny how making my address different from what is shown on Google Maps, bank statements, etc. is what made it work.
I just took out the dashes in my address and it worked

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
Just to confirm, are you trying to join a Family/Duo plan or are you trying to subscribe? In this case, If your address doesn't autocomplete, you can enter the entire address, then select Find. If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.
If that doesn't do the trick, as mentioned by @Alex above, you can try to enter your address from an incognito window or another browser. Sometimes there are issues caused by browser cache & cookies which can present such errors.
Lastly, if perhaps you're having inconveniences to subscribe, you can follow the steps in this article to see if you notice any difference. And, if none of the suggestions there help, you can also contact our Customer Support team, so they can help you check your account more thoroughly. You can find how to contact them here.

Could you let us know what you're trying to do exactly? Are you trying to join a Premium Family or Duo plan as a member or you're trying to subscribe as the owner of one of those plans?
On another note, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

I had the same problem and I finally got it to work as I got hope less but all I did was enter my whole address or just put your regular address instead of just the street name

I'm trying to update my payment info and my address keeps coming back with the error message "Enter a valid address". I've tried Incognito mode, but that doesn't work either. How can it be this hard to take my money??
Just left a family plan and trying to join individual Premium... I have been trying for the last 30 minutes to get my address to go through but it still is saying invalid. Tried incognito, different browsers, different addresses, and nothing will work.
I am having the same issue. I previously had a Duo plan but in order to upgrade to a Family plan the FAQs instructed me to cancel my plan downgrade to the free plan first. And now I can't upgrade because of this invalid address thing. So I lost my prior plan for no reason. This is such an inefficient and unintuitive process and unacceptable for a business of this size.
