Help!

 

I am trying to log onto Spotify on my LG TV as I've done in the past. It shows my account but there is an error message that says "There seems to be an issue with your Spotify account. Please go to spotify.com/lg to create your account." I have a premium account, but I did this anyway....It auto logged me in and gave me only one option, to sign up for a family plan - so I did that assuming the rules have changed and I now need a family plan to play on my LG tv. It still won't work. I've tried signing out of all devices and resetting, re-logging in through "add user." Changing my password. Nothing. Even on this help forum it says "get premium" which I already have!

Hey @Lakealexis,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your TV (or any other device your having trouble with), and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
