My Question or Issue

I was living in the US and had a premium plan. Then I moved to Spain and I waited the plan to expire. When the plan expired, I changed my country to Spain within the profile and every time I try to get premium again Spotify Spain sends me to the US website and shows me the price in US dollars. Looks like all regions have been changed but there is no way I can get the premium in Euros?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If your account's country setting is set to Spain (which can be checked at https://spotify.com/acount), you should be able to subscribe in Euros. I recommend making sure you're not using any sort of VPN/Proxy on your device.


You can change the website's country/region in the footer (bottom right).

Changing the country on the bottom right solved the issue. I didn’t notice it before! Thanks a lot!
