set password for devices

Hi all,
I have premium account and I can't use spotify on my smart tv (samsung) because i can't set device password.
I found in my account settings PASSWORD for DEVICES but after sending email to set- put new password and I get info there is some problem on red label and nothing more:/
When I create spotify I use facebook account
any idea where is problem?

Hey there! 

Thanks for letting us know about this. Can you make sure your TV  was released by Samsung in 2012 to 2014 and it´s  and E series 4000-9000? If it is, you can try to generate your device password through Facebook. Just head over to your Facebook settings > Security > App Passwords > Edit > Generate app passwords. Let us know how it goes.
