spotify isnt working for me

I bought a spotify gift card in the united states so it was charged in us dollars, while i am from Mexico. I did ask at the store if there was no problem by it and they told me i wouldnt have trouble activating it, they were wrong. Now i cant use my spotify gift card in my mexican spotify account and i do not know what to do. I felt used by the store and by the fact that spotify hasnt provided any help.

Llena este formulario para ver si alguien de Spotify te puede ayudar con tu tarjeta de prepago en un maximo de 24 hrs habiles.

Debes estar pendiente de la carpeta Spam, ya que muchas veces la respuestas llegan alli. Si recibes la respuesta automatica, responde directamente a support@spotify.com y un agente de servicio al cliente se pondra en contacto.

Si no te pueden ayudar, avisame, porque la otra opcion seria cambiar tu pais a USA en tu Spotify, para que puedas usarla de esa manera.
