Android Auto - Spotify stucks on green loading cycle on Album screen

My Question or Issue

Since August 2018, every time I want want to go to the "Albums" view on Spotify in Android Auto, I get the green loading cycle and spotify will remain loading.

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your phone app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Already tried to reinstall about 20 times. Also tried to get this to work with deleting cache.

I also deleted the remaining app folders on my phone after uninstalling spotify. nothing helped.
