[Android][Playlists] Why does my playlist keep reshuffling?

So ever since I got a car with Bluetooth, I've noticed that when my Android phone connects, my playlist will reshuffle, and I'll lose the order of songs that I was expecting.

And just now, while going through the play queue and deleting/reorganizing the upcoming songs, it did the same thing. And I wasn't connected to anything through Bluetooth this time!

Is anyone else experiencing this? I don't know if it matters at all, but the playlist in question is downloaded, and is always "downloading", but the notification on my phone says it's at 100% (1,958 out of 1,967)

I know it's not the largest issue, but it's still EXTREMELY irritating when I've collated a dope list and it all goes away.
