Can't log in

I was having trouble paying for primum so I can go offline for a flight tomorrow so I tried to log out and log back in. But now I can't log in and I already reset my password to the password i thought it was but still can't log in on the app but can in my browser. Please help

Go here and make a note of your spotify user name then exit that page. Now use the user name and your password to log in on android. Note that, if the username is a 12 digit number, you need to use the facebook log in.

If you still have problems, please post details of your device, the spotify version and what actually happens when you try to log in.

I'm sorry but I don't use the facebook log in at all. But it is telling me to either log in with one or sign up.

Let's try a different tack. You should have received an email receipt from Spotify. It shows your username. Is it a 12 digit number or a normal username?
