Wont let me play songs and tells me i need premium when i already have it.

Every time I try to play a song,even downloaded ones, it says "Get premium now to play ad-free music anywhere". I already have premium and the account works fine on my Ipad. It just doesn't on my phone.

No premium?

Even though i have got premium before all my downloaded songs are now not downloaded and now all of a sudded have ads. I try to get premium again but the only offer it gives me is premium for family which i do not want. Heeelllppp
