Can't update Spotify

Because of education I started living in another country but the problem is I in Croatia Spotify is not available in the Google  Play and because of that I can't manage to update Spotify almost for 3 months. It crashes constantly. Is there any solution for that?

You should be able to use a free VPN such as tunnelbear to access Play as if from a country where spotify is available.
