Hiding Controls on lockscreen

Here are some solutions and topics for this case but, hope I tried everything, on my lock screen there are always no controls after alls trying and reading of possible solutions 😞 I think too the problem has to be connected with the Android Version (mine: 7.0). Here my options at my Huawei P9 in German - sorry, no English. I tried it about notifications, security options (a bit) and about my battery options.

There seems to be some incompatibility between spotify and EMUI as discussed here.
