I had spotify for a while now, I got a 3 month free trial from sprint in May. I signed in that account the same way I did my old account through facebook. My free trial ended in July and I started getting billed $9.99 on my sprint but my premium services stopped working and is now saying that im a free subcriber. Sprint told me to contact you guys, so i emailed you and he said there was a problem with sprint customers but it has been resolved and to caontact sprint to reconnect my account. Called sprint and told them what the guy said and they said they have no way to reconnect my account the only thing they do is offer free trials. The lady sent me another free trial code it worked for a day then went back to a free account. I then emailed the guys back Tuesday (9/22) with a picture of my sprint bill showing that I was paying them though my sprint bill and I haven't heard back. I really like spotify but I hate they way you have to communicate with them and I'm not going to keep paying for something Im no getting.

Sounds like you may have signed up for a free account by accident. I recommend you contact spent and ask them to remove your Spotify account so you can resubmit as part of the free offer, rather than free trial. If you look in the 'account and subscription' forum you will find several posts stating the same

Can you contact Spotify Support using the form here, there may be an issue they can fix for you.
You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

Since monday morning i sign up into my spotify account and appears this message "Your subscription with one of our partners has just ended, so you are now using spotify free. Don't worry, you can get back to Premium here."... What should i do to get back to my premium account?
