Issues sharing Spotify Canvas to Instagram Story

My Question or Issue

I'm having issues when sharing a song to instagram stories, it shows on the Spotify app but when I try to post it to my Instagram Story it doesn't show the canvas, only the artwork and the name of the song on a solid background. I've cleared the cache on both apps and have also uninstalled/installed both apps, the issue persists. I've attached a short video of the issue

Having the same issue. Canvas is not showing up when I share a song in Instagram stories. Spotify needs to fix this with insta asap.

I found a solution. We can share our music and canvas to Facebook story.

We can post the Facebook story settings on Instagram at the same time.

Make sure the Instagram story is posted before deleting the Facebook story.

This makes no sense. What new feature? Canvas cannot be posted to Instagram and needs to be fixed. It’s not working.

I am facing the same issue, but I don't understand - is this an update from Spotify then? Spotify purposefully no longer allows some users to use the canva on Instagram stories, even if we are premium users?

Log out of spotify on your phone and log back in, just tried it and it worked!
