Upgraded to premium, have the receipt. Does not seem to be working, still have ads and still says to upgrade. I tried clicking upgrade again and it showed I was already premium, I've tried everything I've found so far on this site and no dice. I've seen many similar posts. Various solutions. please help.

I just downloaded Spotify Premium as well for 30 days and not working. Please help 😞 How do you resolve?
I even have the app on my iPhone and as we say in French - rien.
Trying my 30 day premium and it's not working on either my Mac or my iPhone. PLEASE HELP

Hi. Just signed for premium, but it's not working....
I have also upgraded from 48 hour to 30 day trial and all devices do not recognise the upgrade - although I have email confirmation on my subscription records show that the premium account is in place.
I have also tried uninstalling the ipad app.
It is also not yet working on Sonos.
Any help appreciated

If your account online is reporting free then it sounds like you might have upgraded a different account by accident. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate this for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
