Hey @LeilanyLima, welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

Could you try following these steps:

  •  Remove Registered Offline Devices
  • Switch device off/on
  • Do you get the same result on WiFi and mobile connection

Let me know how it goes.

I've been having the exact same issue since yesterday. I deleted the app and  did the login again, the issue is still there. Doesn't matter if it's any particular platform you're trying to share to. Soon as you hit the "share" button it stops the application and the music .

I am having the same issue! I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Cleared my cache and done everything that other people have suggested. It is happening whether I am connected to WiFi or not!

Hey everyone,

Spotify is aware of this issue, and they are working towards a solution.

I’ll update you if anything comes up 🙂

Thanks!

Hi Billy,

I've tried these things but the problem continues. It doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or data. It's been 2 days now. Have uninstalled 3 times already.

It's been happening since the new samsung updates came out last week. Not sure if that has something to do with it.

I have the same issue here

I was able to resolve this after uninstalling Facebook Messenger. I reinstalled FB Messenger Lite and that works. 'Hope that helps.
