My Question or Issue
Whenever I try to use a slideshow (eg, introducing a Blend playlist or onlyyou) it skips to the end and doesn't let me see any other slides
Hey there! Thanks for asking.
Have you tried a clean install of the Spotify App? You can go to App Info and clear data of the Spotify App. Then re install it from the store to make sure it is a clean install. It should work now as it tends to solve most common issues easily. If it does not help then make sure to check out the basic troubleshooting guide available here. Let us know how it goes.
Throw a like my way or choose this as a solution if I helped!
Hi @Pantera_Bread,
Thank you for your reply!
In order to continue, could you share with us a video showing what you see after you start a slideshow? This will help us take a better look at the issue.
Also, is it possible for you to access your account with a different phone to see if the issue persists?
Keep us posted.
Hi there @Pantera_Bread,
Thank you for your reply and for the recording.
Can you confirm that you followed the steps that's provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your phone so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
Another useful step to try if you have an SD card is that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.
If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if you get the same behavior if you're using a different mobile device?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
Cheers!
