My Question or Issue
Cada vez que me desconecto del WiFi aparece "Sin conexión a internet", pero sí tengo conexión, los datos funcionan correctamente. Ya activé el uso de datos sin restricción y los datos en segundo plano, reinicié la configuración de red, forcé la detención de la aplicación, eliminé el caché.
Lo que me sorprende es que, al querer entrar a community.spotify desde mi celular (con los datos) tampoco me deja, no carga la página.
Es igual en el computador, con el WiFi Spotify funciona perfecto, pero cuando lo conecto a la red de mi celular deja de funcionar y aparece "Código error 4" y tampoco me deja entrar a community.spotify.
Si activo un VPN para el celular inmediatamente funciona Spotify con los datos y puedo entrar a community.spotify.
Espero obtener ayuda porque ya no sé qué más hacer.

Could you go to Settings>General>Reset? This will reset your Network Settings.

Done it and didn’t work.
Actually last week we were in US for vacation and it worked perfect on a LTE network, we have to check her plan in Colombia because she still uses 3G.

We're currently aware of an issue causing the behavior you describe. We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE.

Gracias Arquitecto! demasiado sencillo después de haber consultado al servicio al cliente que increíblemente no conocen esta alternativa!, después de dos sesiones de chat donde me hicieron desinstalar, instalar, borrar caché, llamar a mi operador y nunca lograr solucionar!, seguí tus sencillos pasos y booom! fiuncionó.
