Unsynced and Undownloaded

I installed this app the first day I got this thing and never uninstalled it. (Christmas) I upgraded to Premium. Not just a free-trial, but actually suscribed and payed money for it. I downloaded some songs and albums on this thing, and haven't touched it since today. But when I tried to listen to them offline when my internet went down temporarily, my stuff was unsynced and undownloaded. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Same thing happens to me, kind of annoying.... fix your app spotify !

Hi there and welcome to the community,

I would recommend doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

Then resync your music and try it again.
