When pressed play or next it locks the screen

My Question or Issue

Hi.

As I typed in Subject.  Even when screen locked, I can press play or whatever on a small bar, but it shuts down screen again and again.

Hmmm. Interesting problem.

Could you try a clean install using these instructions, and see if that helps?
