Why does it go offline?

The android app will tell me I am offline although I'm not. It willIwork for 5-10 minutes sometimes after reinstalling but the it tells me I'm offline again. Here's what I've done so far

1.  I'm not offline. Not in app setting, not in firewalls, not in router, not I bandwidth or any way.
2. I have uninstalled an reinstalled 6 times. Same result
3. Spotify support has cleared " corrupt data". Same result.
4. I have tried webplayer on the same device, that works. But still offline in the app.
5. I have given the app godlike permissions. No success.
6. I have tried through VPN. Still sad.
7. I have offered incense to the gods. They will it listen.

Only you remain..

Any fresh suggestions.

Btw, my other family members can use their apps on same WiFi...
