Can't download local files on oneplus5

I've had the files downloaded and all was working fine but for no apparent reason the files were removed and I can't download the again. Not on wifi and not on cellular. It just keeps saying waiting to download.... Any ideas?

I can't skip songs with headphone buttons!?!?

I just cannot skip songs on my headphone. Two clicks do nothing it just pauses and unpauses a song. It works fine with other apps just not this one.
