black screen

Every time I try to run spotify on my Samsung Galaxy S4, all I get is a black screen with three white lines at the top left, which do nothing. That's it. And there seems to be no way to reach Spotify support. What now??

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app? This is actually the ideas forum, so if you tried that and it's not working, you should ask your question in this forum: Android Help Forum
