My Question or Issue

Hello, I have a problem when trying to see my Wrapped2021 because when trying to see it the application closes. I already deleted the application data, uninstalled it and reinstalled it but the problem is the same on both cell phones, I even downloaded an android emulator for pc and not even there I can see my Wrapped2021 because it also closes. Any solution? Is it a problem with my account?
