Estoy escuchando música y de repente se pone en pausa y cuando le pongo de nuevo play se pone desde el inicio la canción

Could you let us know if this happens when you're streaming directly on your device or when you're listening via Bluetooth or Connect? 

Additionally, does this happen across devices or only on a specific one? We'd also like to know if it happens on every playlist. 

Lastly, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to check if the issue persists?
