Spotify payments

Hello, I decided to subscribe to premium a couple of months ago everything was going "well" until my payments were not processed but still it was charged from the card and I don't know why. After several payments have not been "processed" but they have been debited from my card, they decided to withdraw me from my premium account leaving me free. I keep trying to pay with different cards and the payment "does not process"

I'm very uncomfortable because honestly I don't see anything serious, such a big company has these money problems. I hope they solve it once and for all. I'm PERUVIAN

My first suggestion is that you check if you have a second Spotify account for some reason.

 

So when you click on the link bellow, does it show as Free or Premium?

Note that you can also see your past receipts on the left column (if you're using the Spotify desktop app).

 

If it doesn't clear things up, you could try using other devices to make the payment.
